Unwind and let go with watercolor painting. This caregivers workshop is designed to help you de-stress through the process of painting. Led by local artist, Missy Hancock of Rooted Design.
We will begin with a few warm-up exercises followed by a 10-minute breathing exercise to help you completely relax. Then tapping into our intuition, we will use watercolor painting to calm our minds and lean into the topic of "letting go of control and allowing what is".
This class is about using the process of painting as a mindfulness tool, removing the stress of having to create a product. No watercolor experience is necessary.
