Join us for our 8 week Get Fit Club series. We meet weekly via zoom to discuss healthy eating and healthy living. We provide weekly and monthly handouts with ideas on how to improve your health. We discuss tracking steps daily with a pedometer or personal fitness tracker. We have weekly themes such as how to eat more veggies, exercise, and other topics such as manners, gratitude, helping others, and caring for ones mental, emotional, and physical health.
